I'm a very neglectful blogger

Long time, no write. Oops!

My lovely new BG sultry papers and bits came the week before last - just before my first 2 long days at my new job. I'm back in the hospital doing my dream job. Paediatrics is fabulous! The only downside being that I'm now back doing shifts and don't have access to a computer during the day.

My budget is going well - I went to Borders today (usually a very expensive trip!) but managed to get in and out without spending any money!! How good am I?! The weightwatchers thing isn't going so well - I joined up to the online plan last weekend cos I can't make meetings during the week. I'm doing the Core Plan so there's no counting which is good for me. Mealtimes are going well - packed lunches are always a challenge but there are plenty of ideas online. It's the between mealtimes that's getting me. And I don't drink skimmed milk! Yuck - white water!! I guess it's just a case of easing in and getting used to the plan. So we'll see how things go this week... watch this space!
